I had a really great experience here thanks to Dave. I originally rented a smaller unit, and he kindly let me upgrade to a larger one for free — which was incredibly helpful during my move. What really stood out was how easy he made everything. He even gave me three days to transfer my belongings from one unit to the other at no extra cost and with zero hassle. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and accommodating. Dave was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for storage with people who actually care, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I have firsthand experience with this facility.Having a storage unit ij the years past when it was under different management and ownership I recently come back to this storage facility.Earlier this year and I must say being my own boss.I understand and value words like integrity honesty ownership willing to go the extra mile. DAN the on Site Manager is all of these qualities. And gos above and beyond He does a great job and really wants to take ownership. And really tries to make the best of this place better than i've ever seen it before he really cares about the property. And the people and their valuables. Ok so I was ina real bind with getting laid off from work November 2025 and searching for affordable storage company with great customer service that's both with app and in person customer service. Have been with Extra Storage Space since September 2025. The app is very user friendly and being able to communicate with a live Manager like Dan who runs it over in Spanish Fork has been amazingly helpful. Even going through this he is still understanding and helpful in working with me and in days of this hardship he is amazing with his customer service and I've recommended him to others looking for Storage. He's personable, professional and very pleasant, easy to talk with. He's easy to communicate with and very transparent. I'm very grateful how he runs things! He's the best! Thanks Dan!
