As a designer decorator for 30 plus years it require me to have large inventory of products and storing them is always challenging through the years I have rented space from many different companies and I have mostly been disappointed with the level of customer service Until I became a customer at extra space storage Every interaction with every employee I have worked with has been so far above and beyond any other storage company I have used Smiling face's , cheerful greetings, knowledgeable, Helpful, respectful, taking the time to get to know me and my needs I can’t express enough how grateful I am with extra space storage The entire staff is amazing Love you all !!!!!

Kurt and Jeremy were extremely helpful with assisting me with my rental. Facility is clean easily accessible and convenient for me. Did learn when you get a notice that your rate is increasing to reach out to store management to see if they have any suggestions to secure a lower rate. I changed units to a different floor at a rate 1/2 the amount I was paying for my first floor unit. It was definitely worth the call.

Debbie was very nice, helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond to help solve an issue. She was working in the snow storm and was still polite and helpful.

Most of the reviews here are from when another facility manager was still working there (Jeremy). He recently left and the place has drastically declined in all ways: dirty storage units and facilities, nasty stains everywhere and filth accumulated on each floor, terrible customer service ( the new staff is rude and nasty), junk fees are constantly being added, predatory pricing, and easy minute rentals are unnecessarily complicated by the current staff.
