Everything about the website was great -- made it easy to find and reserve storage. All the key info I needed to make a decisions was displayed clearly. Only criticism is that it was not made clear until I was reading the lease documents that the monthly cost of the unit was only locked in for 4 months -- that is key info that could be communicated more clearly up front.

The people with whom I spoke were very helpful and friendly. I seriously considered going with them, but found another company that worked more closely with the timeframe that I need.
